Chile con Quesadilla
Chile con Quesadilla, the most award-winning food truck in Colorado, renowned for its quesadillas and tacos, has been recognized as the Best Food Truck at the Denver Food and Wine Festival for three consecutive years. As Colorado's most awarded food truck, they operate one location in Longmont at the Parkway Food Hall and two mobile units. We are excited to have them return to the Automezzi Food Court!

Vinny & Marie's Italian Street Food is more than just a food truck or eatery. It's a tribute to love, resilience, and the power of family. Founded by James Pino and named after his two children, this dream was built on memories stirred up in a warm kitchen and the strength born from his grandmother, a woman whose cooking brought joy, comfort, and unity to a house full of hungry mouths and big hearts. In her kitchen, James discovered not only the magic of food but also the deep connection it created among people. Today, every dish served from Vinny & Marie's is rooted in those early memories of classic Italian comfort food made with love.
